Billiards ace Pankaj Advani stormed into the final of the CCI Billiards Classic 2025 with a commanding 4-0 victory over challenger Rayaan Razmi in the second semi-final clash.
In a match where stiff resistance was expected, Advani raised the bar to a level too high for Razmi, delivering a masterclass that showcased his sublime touch and dominance on the baize.
The 28-time World Champion left no room for error, crafting three century breaks—including a stunning 151 unfinished—to seal the match in style. “Having realized that I’m cueing well again, it felt great to be back in the zone after a really long time. I want to continue being in this space and hopefully play my best against Dhruv tomorrow,” said the current 150-Up World Champion.
Advani will now face reigning Asian Champion Dhruv Sitwala in what promises to be a thrilling finale, scheduled for 4 PM at the iconic Wilson Jones Billiards Room.
