In a thrilling best-of-five clash against city mate Aarav Sancheti, Gaurav found himself trailing 0-2 in what seemed like an insurmountable deficit. Aarav, a 13-year-old prodigy, was dominating the table, and the match looked all but decided.

But Gaurav, no stranger to drama as an actor by profession, turned the script on its head. Summoning immense resolve, he fought back frame by frame, leveling the match at 2-2 in a tense atmosphere. With the momentum on his side, Gaurav delivered a flawless performance in the decider, clinching an unforgettable 3-2 victory and leaving the young Aarav visibly shaken yet inspired.
